The feis is progressing on time, with some interesting visitors. An older couple arrived just after lunch to watch some of the feis - their daughter had danced at the time of the Ransley school and they were interested to see how things had changed. They were watching attentively for some time - I wonder what they made of it?
And new dress season is hotting up, with several dresses for sale being sold at the feis, and at least one interstate dressmaker doing some measuring and calculating. Looking forward to the Gold Coast Feis, McAleeer and NSW State where some of these dresses will get their premiere.
And, the soft shoe round has finished, so we will now continue with the set dances.
