Feis update

My how time moves along - we are now into the soft shoe round and progressing towards the set dances.

Now, in the interest of general education (and ChaosCentral in particular), an earlier Beginner dancer was on-stage with a "pacer".  Enquiries have indicated that a "pacer" is a dancer who can dance with another dancer on stage, but the "pacer" wears no number and isn't adjudicated.  Why does this happen, I hear you ask in your constant search for more information? Because sometimes more junior or inexperienced dancers are uncomfortable on stage by themselves, so another dancer can be there with them - sort of dancing with friends :)

Of course, ChaosCentral may have completely misunderstood and misinterpreted the correct information, so if anyone knows better, please let us know.
