One of the dancers was completing the hard shoe dance when the music stopped - accidentally. The dancer continued and finished the dance without music, then the adjudicators rang the bell for the dancer to leave the stage.
ChaosCentral understands that is the way it should be - a dancer stops when the dance is finished or when the adjudicator rings the bell - not because the music stops :)
