Gourmet food update

Whilst the guest commentator has taken a break, control is returned to the old management team who will continue the time-honoured tradition of not knowing what they are talking about.

The 18 Years section is on stage, and will be followed by the 19 Years, probably before we can finish writing this gourmet food update :)

Just tried the minestrone soup on sale at the feis and it is, without any doubt, the best I have ever tried (sorry Sue).  We would be very pleased if the creator of the wonderful concoction could contact us with the recipe, it was just divine.  Crunchy and soft vegetables, unctuous chunks of pork, just amazing!
